Job Description

Where you'll be working:

Location(s): Rapid City, South Dakota

Setting: Center-based outpatient pediatric ABA clinic

Population Served: Children and adolescents

Years in Operation: Founded in 1948

What You’ll Actually Be Doing (aka no surprises later):
• Manage a small caseload of children and adolescents in an outpatient ABA setting
• Collaborate daily with an interdisciplinary team that includes Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and other specialists
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and oversee implementation of ABA programming
• Provide caregiver training and support generalization across environments
• Help mentor RBTs and contribute to the growth of ABA services in South Dakota and the Upper Midwest

Caseload & Support Transparency (because details matter):

Caseload size: 5–6 clients

Billable hour expectations: Approximately 24–25 hours per week; support-hour model rather than strict billing minimums

Clinical Support:
• Multiple BCBA and BCBA-D leaders across the organization
• Weekly collaboration meetings
• Interdisciplinary treatment team
• Leadership support and mentorship
• No pressure-driven billing culture

Compensation & Perks (real ones):

Base salary: $39–$58/hour (based on experience)
