Salary Range: $17.50 To $25.00 Hourly

FREE Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Training Course! Our Training results in an over 90% pass rate on the RBT exam.
Salary dependent upon credentials and experience. Hourly rate for Therapists who are not yet RBTs starts at $17.50/hour.

Hiring Locations: Broward (Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, Coral Springs, Miramar, Pembroke Pines) and Dade (Miami Beach, North Miami, Aventura).

Candidates must have:
High School diploma or equivalent required / Bachelor's Degree preferred
A commitment to learn and become certified as a Registered Behavior Technician
Great “people skills.” Pleasant and energetic is a must for our children and their families
BLS (Basic Life Support)/CPR Certification or willingness to achieve certification in a face‑to‑face course.
Level II background check or willingness to complete one (for more information on background screening requirements, please visit )
Reliable transportation and willing to commute a maximum of 25 miles to the client(s) assigned to you.
Ability to work weekday afternoon and early evening hours (2 pm- 7 pm)
Strong computer, and technology skills
Must speak Fluent English ; Bilingual is a plus
