What Your Days Will Look Like
• Design and guide ABA programs that move the needle for kids and families
• Supervise and mentor your RBT team, supporting their clinical growth and career development
• Conduct assessments and program reviews that shape each child's care plan
• Lead parent training and collaborative family meetings
• Collaborate with OT, PT, and SLP teammates on integrated care across disciplines
What You'll Need
• Current BCBA certification in good standing
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Passion for pediatric care and working with families
Physical Requirements
This role requires the ability to sit for 1-2 hours and stand or walk for 4-6 hours daily. Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds and frequent bending, reaching, and precise motor function with both hands are required.

- •$78,000-$103,000 base salary
- •Sign-on bonus up to $10,000 in bonus pay, 2 PTO, or a mix of both
- •Monthly productivity bonus up to $750 ($9,000 annually)
