Requirements:
• A Master’s degree in special education, psychology, or related field, with specialized knowledge of behavioral health and treatment philosophies and professional practices
• BCBA Certification (Required)
• Possess extensive knowledge and training in behavior analysis
• Proficiency in patient assessment and diagnostic evaluation
• Strong data collection and analysis skills
• Experience in school-based setting preferred but not required

Role Responsibilities:
• Classroom counseling lessons
• Small group counseling
• 1:1 behavior support
• 1:1 student support for breakthrough emergent needs
• Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
