Job Description

Join a Team Where Every Milestone Matters

Empower Children. Inspire Growth. Build a Meaningful Career.

Who We Are:

At Sacred ABA, we believe every child deserves the opportunity to thrive. We are more than an ABA provider. We are also the proud founders of Our Sacred Academy, a nonprofit private school designed specifically for children with special needs.

Together, therapy and education work hand in hand under one roof, creating a collaborative environment where children receive the support they need to learn, grow, and succeed.

As a family-owned organization founded by parents of children with special needs, our mission is deeply personal. We have built a place where children are celebrated, families are supported, and professionals can make a lasting impact every day.

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team.

While we collaborate closely with our sister school, this is a traditional BCBA role that includes assessments, treatment planning, supervision, and insurance billing. You will have the opportunity to work in a unique setting that blends clinical excellence with meaningful collaboration across educational and therapeutic services.

What You Will Do:
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Manage and supervise a thoughtfully sized caseload with an emphasis on quality care and meaningful outcomes
• Provide ongoing training, mentorship, and supervision to RBTs
• Partner closely with families, offering guidance and support throughout their journey
• Collaborate with teachers and school staff to support shared learners
• Analyze data, monitor progress, and celebrate meaningful achievements
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation and billing
• Help create a positive, supportive, and nurturing environment where children can flourish

What We Are Looking For:
• Active BCBA certification required
• Master's degree in Psychology, Special Education, Behavior Analysis, or a related field
• 2 to 5 years of BCBA experience preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Compassionate, positive, and team oriented mindset
• Passion for making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

What We Offer:
• Competitive salary of $80,000 to $86,000
• Health, dental, and vision insurance
• Employer paid short term disability insurance
• Paid time off to support work life balance
• Company provided laptop
• Ongoing professional development and mentorship from our BCBA Clinical Director
• Opportunities for professional growth and leadership development
• Direct access to supportive leadership that values your voice and clinical expertise
• A welcoming, family centered culture that values collaboration, respect, and work life balance
• The unique opportunity to work in an environment where therapy and education seamlessly come together

Why Sacred ABA?

At Sacred ABA, you are more than a clinician. You are part of a mission that began with parents determined to create something better for children with special needs.

Unlike large corporate organizations, we believe in building meaningful relationships with our children, our families, and our team members. Here, you will have the support to focus on quality care, the opportunity to collaborate closely with educators, and the ability to see the lasting impact of your work every day.

Our partnership with Our Sacred Academy creates a truly unique environment where therapy and education work together to help children reach their fullest potential. It is a setting that encourages collaboration, celebrates progress, and puts children's needs at the center of everything we do.

At Sacred ABA, you are not only working in a clinic. You are also part of a thriving school community. Because our therapy and educational programs work side by side, you will share in the excitement of school celebrations, holiday events, spirit weeks, field trips, community outings, special performances, and unforgettable milestones. Here, you get a front row seat to the moments that make this work so meaningful and rewarding.

We value quality over quantity, relationships over numbers, and celebrating every child's unique journey. Your expertise is respected, your growth is encouraged, and your contributions make a real difference.

If you are looking for a career where you can grow professionally while helping children and families thrive, we would love to meet you.

Apply today and become part of something truly special.

Help us create brighter futures, one child, one family, and one success story at a time.

Sacred ABA is an Equal Opportunity Employer and welcomes applicants from all backgrounds and experiences.
