Entry-Level Behavior Therapist (No Experience Required)

Behavior Technician (BT) – ABA Therapy

Sunny Behavioral Solutions is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home, school, and clinic settings.

What You’ll Do:
• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with children
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA
• Collect and record session data using an iPad
• Support skill development (communication, behavior, social skills)
• Communicate with supervisors and caregivers as needed

Requirements:
• High school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred or in progress)
• Reliable transportation and willingness to drive to sessions
• Availability for afternoon sessions (most cases are after school)
• Responsible, consistent, and able to commit to a stable schedule
• Experience in ABA or childcare is a plus (training provided)

Important:
• Consistency is critical – cancellations and frequent schedule changes are not acceptable

Pay: $25.00 per hour
