What You’ll Do
• Conduct FBAs and develop BIPs
• Attend and contribute to IEP meetings
• Supervise and coach Behavior Technicians (BTs)
• Use data to drive decisions (not guesswork)
• Collaborate daily with teachers, SLPs, OTs, and admin
• Step in quickly to troubleshoot behaviors and support staff

What You Bring
• Active BCBA certification
• School-based experience preferred (but not required if you can hang)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage cases, people, and real-time challenges
