Job Description
• Positions Available: BCBA, Sr. BCBA, Assistant Clinical Director, Clinical Director, Regional Clinical Director, & Group Clinical Directors.
• Relocation Provided to: Texas, Arizona, North Carolina, Minnesota, Illinois, Colorado, Pennsylvania, or Indiana.
• Candidates are required to have BCBA licensure (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) and a Master's Degree for this role

• Manageable Caseloads: You’ll support up to 8 children, so you’re set up to succeed without burning out. Most of our BCBA's support 6 children on average.
• Almost 30 days off in Year One: Including holidays, PTO, CEU days, and flex days-no guilt, just rest.

Clinical Guidance:
• Our BCBAs are guided by our Clinical Advisory Board and Compassionate Care Team, featuring industry leading clinicians such as: Dr. Charna Mintz, Dr. Greg Hanley, Dr. Linda LeBlanc, Dr. Patricia Wright, Dr. Dorothea Lerman, Dr. Malika Pritchett, Dr. Mahshid Ghaemmaghami, and Dr. Anthony Cammilleri
• Continuing Education: A minimum of 10+ free CEUs per year in-house, extra funds to attend additional training courses, and 2 paid days off to use for CEU events.
