Job Responsibilities:
• Work with a BCBA supervisor to deliver quality ABA therapy as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• Provide in-home and community-based interventions, utilizing ABA principles as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition during sessions using our Rethink software.
• Communicate with behavior analysts and coordinators to ensure accurate and timely reporting of progress.
• Complete daily progress notes and maintain accurate records as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to monitor client progress effectively.
What We Offer:
• Competitive Pay: $25.00–$30.00 per hour.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma required (Bachelor’s preferred or in progress).
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential preferred (or willingness to obtain within 30 days).
• Experience with children, autism, or ABA is preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Clear level-two background check and verifiable references.
Work Location: Franklinville, NC (Relocation required).
