Requirements:

Must meet full-time caseload requirements.

Must hold an advanced degree in Counseling, Education, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy and a license to practice in the state of Illinois (limited licenses are welcome to apply; however, please note that limited licensed clinicians must work their full-schedule on-site and are not eligible for a hybrid schedule).

Must be willing to work 2 evenings a week or 1 evening a week and 1 weekend day.

Additional Benefits (in addition to those listed above including matching 401k, health insurance, dental and vision insurance, paid time off, and life and AD&D insurance):

Mentorship: We are extremely proud to utilize a mentorship model. This means that all new staff are assigned a mentor who will work with you one-on-one with regularly scheduled meetings. Mentorship is in addition to supervision if a clinician is still in need of supervised experience and hours. The goal of mentorship is to: support your professional development and promotional goals, provide you with individualized clinical consultation, help you further develop clinical niche interests and specialties, provide you with an advocate within the practice, and help support a seamless transition into the practice.

Malpractice Insurance and Workman's Compensation.

Consultation Groups: We currently offer 2 consultation groups (a OCD/Anxiety/BFRB Specialty Consultation Group and a PTSD/Trauma/Grief Specialty Consultation Group). We also offer structured didactic learning opportunities. In addition, all staff have access to an e-learning platform with a large variety of educational opportunities and free CEU trainings, including CEU options that help meet unique state license requirements.

A safe space: We believe wholeheartedly that in order to learn and thrive, you must feel safe. We seek to create an environment where staff feel safe and secure and where curiosity is encouraged.

Opportunities for promotions: Staff have opportunities for promotions including pay increases, participation in our training program as a supervisor and/or mentor, and administrative roles.
