• Paid Professional Certification: No experience required. We cover 100% of your 40-hour RBT training and testing costs within your first 8 weeks!
• Finish Work Early: Work a consistent daytime routine from 8:00 AM to 4:15 PM, Monday through Friday, allowing you to wrap up your day early (with occasional team meetings extending to 5:00 PM)
• Clinical Mentorship: Work in an energizing clinic environment backed closely by experienced BCBAs. We are proudly BCBA-D owned and operated by Michelle Kuhn.
• Semi-Annual Raises: Competitive starting pay with structured performance and compensation evaluations every 6 months to grow your income.

What to Expect:
As a Behavior Technician working one-on-one with children with Autism, you will:
• Run individualized procedures designed to reduce challenging behaviors, enhance functional daily living skills, and improve functional communication.
• Support the acceptance of neurodiversity, provide compassionate, assent-based care, and truly prioritize the wants and needs of your clients.
• Use a tablet to collect session data and write clear, objective daily progress notes.
Who You Are:
• The Mindset: You are driven to create positive change, passionate about helping children, and display a high level of dedication to patient success.
• Education: High school diploma or higher.
• Logistics: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to get to and from the clinic daily.
• Physical Stamina: Ready to stay active! You must be able to sit, stand, transition quickly, bend, kneel, crouch, and move or run quickly when necessary to engage at a child's level and maintain strict safety protocols.
