Job Description

• Supervise and mentor clinical staff, including BCBAs and RBTs

Requirements:
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
• BCBA certification required
• Minimum 3 years of experience in ABA therapy
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Passion for working with children with autism
