## What are the Key Responsibilities?

- Collect data for each child's performance on a daily basis, both acceleration and deceleration.

- Conduct individual teaching sessions for each child as assigned — schedule changes daily.

- Assist in ensuring cleanliness and orderliness of the therapy rooms.

- Care for children with toileting, dressing, grooming, feeding, and other self-care programs and needs.

- Communicate session outcomes with parents/caregivers.

- Assist in developing and updating training materials using current technologies.

- Graph all data as assigned and assist in designing data sheets and graphs.

- Provide input for programmatic decisions and attend weekly staff meetings.

- Perform other duties as required and adhere to organizational policies and procedures.

## What are the Required Qualifications?

- Must be a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certified by the BACB; RBT status must be maintained throughout employment.

- Must be working toward Certification in Behavior Analysis.

- Have completed at least 2 years of college and currently enrolled in a 4-year program with anticipated graduation date (Bachelor's degree preferred).

- Proficient in all aspects of Microsoft Office.

## What are the Preferred Qualifications?

- Bachelor's degree preferred.

- Experience working with children in therapeutic or behavioral settings is desirable.
