We are expanding and looking for motivated, caring, and dependable Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our Bensenville clinic. If you are passionate about making a difference and want to be part of a supportive team that values your contribution, this is the place for you.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy in a structured, supportive clinic environment
• Implement treatment plans created by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Accurately collect data and maintain documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards
• Support clients in building communication, social, and daily living skills
• Collaborate closely with BCBAs, parents, and a multidisciplinary team
• Track progress and follow therapeutic strategies to ensure meaningful outcomes
Requirements
• Active RBT certification (Required)
• Minimum of 6 months of RBT experience
• Strong communication skills and a patient, compassionate approach
• Reliable transportation (if traveling between locations)
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening
