We’re now bringing our proven ABA services to Bellevue, Washington, alongside our already thriving ST, OT, and PT clinic in the community.
As we expand into Washington with ABA, we are starting with an
in-home therapy program
to serve local families, as well as an in center program to build trusted relationships, and establish a strong presence in the area. This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a BCBA who thrives on innovation, collaboration, and is ready to take on the Director leadership role.
What You’ll Do:
As our WA-based ABA services Director, you’ll have the unique chance to
create and grow a high-quality in-home/In-Center ABA program from the ground up
, with strong support from our seasoned clinical leadership teams in Houston and Central Texas.
• Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and standardized assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, Vineland, etc.)
• Design and implement individualized treatment and behavior support plans
• Deliver direct ABA therapy in clients’ homes/ in center
• Provide training, supervision, and mentorship to RBTs/BTs
• Collaborate with caregivers to ensure skill generalization and family success
• Establish and refine systems for in-home ABA delivery, and setting the foundation for clinical growth
• Act as a program builder and innovator, helping pave the way for future growth in the area.

• Energized by the idea of building a program as if it were their own — with the backing, resources, and stability of an established clinical provider
• Highly motivated, collaborative, and creative in finding solutions that serve families best
• Experienced in
in-home ABA therapy
and confident in adapting ABA best practices to a home environment
• Experienced in
center-based
ABA therapy and confident in adapting ABA best practices to in-center environment
• Excited to coach, teach, and guide others as the program expands
• Professional, adaptable, and driven by a passion for making an impact in the WA community
Qualifications
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Active BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) credential (good standing with BACB); WA licensure if required
• 2+ years of BCBA experience, with strong in-home therapy background preferred
• Demonstrated ability to conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and train/support RBTs
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
