Qualifications and Experience:
• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential required
• Completion of a minimum 40-hour RBT certification course
• Previous experience working with children in school or similar settings is strongly preferred
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with educational teams
• Organized, reliable, and passionate about supporting student growth

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to students as outlined in individualized programs
• Implement behavior intervention plans under the ongoing guidance of a BCBA
• Gather, document, and report on behavioral data to track progress
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to foster student independence and positive behaviors
• Work closely with teachers, specialists, and school staff to integrate behavioral strategies into the classroom
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all ethical guidelines for practice
