Responsibilities
• Collect data for each child's performance daily, both acceleration and deceleration
• Conduct individual teaching sessions for each child as assigned - schedule changes daily
• Assist in ensuring cleanliness and orderliness of the Quest Kids' therapy rooms
• Cares for child with toileting, dressing, grooming, feeding, and all other self-care programs and needs
• Communicate session outcome with parents/caregiver
• Assist in developing training materials that are up to date with current technologies daily
• Graph all data as assigned
• Assist in designing data sheets and graphs
• Provide input for programmatic decisions
• Attend all weekly staff meetings
• Ensure compliance with all regulations pertaining to behavioral programming and to Quest's personnel policies
• Perform other duties as required
• Adheres to all Quest's policies and procedures
Qualifications
• A.A/60 plus credits of general studies towards a degree in Psychology or related field and/or equivalent combination of education and experience required
• Registered Behavior Tech(RBT) is required
• Experience in developing and implementing behavioral programs with developmentally disabled individuals preferred
• Florida Driver's License with no more than two moving violations in the past three years
• Able to work in the US and not require Visa Sponsorship from our company now or in the future
• Run behavioral programs
• Collect and analyze data
• Effectively work with parents
• Graph and plot data
• Clearly and consistently deliver verbal commands in English
