BT/RBT Job Requisition
EVENING & WEEKEND POSITIONS ONLY – REQUIRED AVAILABILITY

Position: Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Compensation: $20-$27 per hour

Job Type: Contract, Part-Time, Full-Time

REQUIRED AVAILABILITY – PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING

This position requires employees to be available to work:
• Monday through Friday between the hours of 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
• At least two (2) weekends per month

Leading Pathways provides client-centered, evidence-based treatment built on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). We develop individualized goals that support skill acquisition, reduce challenging behaviors, and improve the quality of life for children and adolescents diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.

Leading Pathways is currently hiring aspiring and experienced Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children and adolescents in home, clinic, school, and community settings. We provide extensive paid training and ongoing support, supervision, and mentorship from Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Prior experience is welcomed but not required—we are committed to training motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow in the field of ABA.

Essential Job Responsibilities
• Work one-on-one with children and adolescents to teach communication, play, self-help, and daily living skills
• Learn directly from a BCBA how to implement ABA therapy
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of clinicians
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed and supervised by a BCBA
• Collect data and complete objective session notes
• Participate in paid company meetings and trainings
• Maintain client confidentiality and professional conduct
• Help children reach their highest potential through evidence-based ABA strategies and techniques

Qualifications
• Must be available Monday-Friday from 3:00 PM-7:00 PM and able to work at least two (2) weekends per month. Applicants who cannot meet this availability requirement should not apply.
• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
• College degree or current enrollment in a BA/BS program preferred
• RBT certification is an asset
• Experience working with children and adolescents preferred
• Exposure to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder through work, volunteer experiences, or family relationships is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong leadership, teamwork, and time management skills
• Must pass a background screening
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
