DAY-TO-DAY. As a caregiver, you have the opportunity to build rewarding relationships with individuals and their families. Whether you are providing instruction and support to increase their communication skills, promote self-advocacy, improve their ability to communicate, or improve social interaction and engagement, you will play a meaningful part in their lives and have the opportunity to make a positive impact every day. As a direct care professional you will be part of a dedicated team of people who are working to make a difference. You'll work collaboratively with other support professionals and have access to resources and training.

Responsibilities:
• Provide support, supervision, and instruction in home, community, and/or program settings
• Implement goal-driven activities that are identified on the person's care plan
• Provide support and opportunities to learn and practice meaningful skills
• Provide support and opportunities to engage socially and build relationships
• Complete daily notes that summarize the person's efforts and progress toward their goals
• Ensure the safety and well-being of the individual

Available Locations and Schedules:
• Greensboro and surrounding areas
• Day, evening, and weekend schedules available
• Part-time
• Hours average 10-30+ hours, depending on your availability
