Job Description
Brighter Strides ABA Therapy in Las Cruces, New Mexico is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to implement individualized behavior intervention plans. The RBT will work under a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and play a crucial role in supporting clients with developmental disabilities and behavioral health challenges.
