Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Pay, Benefits & Perks
• Competitive pay:
• $19.00–$21.00/hour for billable RBT hours based on experience
• Once you have completed Behavior Technician (BT) training, but prior to completing RBT Certification, you will receive $14.00 for each billable client hour worked

Position Details
• Position Type: Full‑Time
• Schedule:
• Monday–Friday between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Hours vary based on client needs and scheduling
• Optional Saturdays available twice per month based on client needs
• Hours are not guaranteed
• Start Date: Immediate openings available pending successful completion of onboarding and background check
Responsibilities
• Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in center‑based and/or home‑based settings
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and self‑help skills to children with autism
• Work one‑on‑one or in small group settings with clients
• Collect and record data to track client progress
• Provide written and verbal updates regarding treatment goals and progress
• Collaborate with families, supervisors, and team members
• Attend trainings, meetings, and workshops for continued professional development
• Follow all company policies, confidentiality requirements, and mandated reporting standards
Qualifications
• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently
• Passion for helping children and families
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
