• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a licensed behavior analyst.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior changes accurately.
• Provide direct support to clients during therapy sessions, ensuring a safe and engaging environment.
• Assist in conducting assessments as needed.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations regarding client confidentiality and documentation.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities related to behavioral health practices as assigned by the company.
Experience
• Previous experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques is essential.
• Familiarity with working with individuals on the autism spectrum is highly desirable.
• Strong skills in data collection, communication, and collaboration are beneficial.
