Where you'll be working:

Location(s): Hamilton, NJ

Setting: Center-based w/ occasional in-home

Population Served: Children ages 2–11

Hours of Operation: 7 am - 8 pm

What You’ll Actually Be Doing (aka no surprises later):
Provide high-quality ABA services across in-home and community settings for children ages 2–11 Manage a full-time caseload of approximately 7–8 clients Develop individualized treatment plans that are client-inspired, parent-guided, and clinically informed Collaborate closely with the Regional Clinical Director for ongoing training, support, and clinical problem solving Build strong, transparent relationships with families through a whole-person, family-centered approach to care

Caseload & Support Transparency (because details matter):

Caseload size: 7–8 clients

Billable hour expectations: Minimum of 25 billable hours per week
