our BCBAs how to write quality assessments, write/implement treatment plans, and how to supervise effectively. Our in-house credentialing department handles all credentialing and document tracking affording our team more time to focus on their clients. Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)®
BCaBAs have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree, have completed 135 hours of coursework, meet appropriate supervision and experience requirements set by the BACB, and must pass the Board certification exam.
Our BCaBA’s are able to perform the following job duties under the direct supervision of a BCBA:
• Participating in client assessments
• Developing and monitoring each client’s comprehensive treatment program
• Overseeing initial/ongoing staff training and supervision
• Providing parent coaching and training
• Coordination of care
