Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. Preference will be showed to those with afternoon availability.

• Kiddo 1-Sarasota - community and home based sessions. 9:00 - 6:00 availability

The RBT will work directly with children and individuals with autism and other developmental disorders, implementing behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This role is crucial in supporting our clients in achieving their personal goals and improving their quality of life through applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques.

Duties:
• Implement individualized care plans based on applied behavior analysis principles.
• Provide direct support to children and individuals with autism, focusing on skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) to promote independence and self-care.
• Collect and maintain accurate data on client progress, behaviors, and interventions.
• Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure consistency in care and support.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills in behavioral therapy and patient care.
• Maintain medical documentation as required by organizational policies.

Experience
• Knowledge of behavioral health practices, including the implementation of behavioral therapy techniques.
• Familiarity with creating and following care plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Experience in medical documentation.
