BCBA: Lead ABA Programs & Family Training (Hybrid/Remote)

Strides Aba is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Schenectady, New York. You will supervise RBTs weekly, providing essential training and guidance on ABA goals implementation, while also training families and caregivers on effective behavior strategies at home. The position requires Board Certification, NJ LBA, and Medicaid credentialing. The supervision model is hybrid based on the distance to clients, allowing for flexibility in work location.
