Job Description
l Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify behavioral needs. Develop and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs). Consult and coach teachers, paraprofessionals, and school teams on behavior management strategies. Monitor progress through data collection and analysis, maintaining accurate documentation. Collaborate with Individualized Education Program (IEP) teams and actively participate in meetings. Qualifications:
Active BCBA certification required. Previous experience in school-based or pediatric environments is preferred. Demonstrated strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with school staff and families. Schedule and Setting:
Full-time position, 37.5 hours per week. School-based environment with caseloads varying based on district requirements.
