Our Responsibilities
• Comprehensive initial and ongoing training
• Open and efficient communication with supervisors and colleagues
• Consistent supervisor overlaps and one-on-one check-ins
• Frequent recognition and feedback
• Monthly client clinic meetings with supervisors, families, and team members
• Electronic data collection
• Ongoing career growth guidance

Your Responsibilities
• Provide 1:1 hands on services to children with Autism or other related developmental disorders in the home, school, and community settings
• Be fun, energetic, engaging, and motivating for the children and families we work with
• Implement personalized programs tailored to each child's unique requirements to teach effective ways to communicate and increase independence
• Collect reliable data based on the individualized program plan and efficient note taking
• Engaging with families regarding behavioral strategies and interventions
• Utilize efficient communication skills with families and clinical team members
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities

Qualifications
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Efficient time management skills
• Willing to go to clients' homes
• Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
• Ability to be active and engage with clients for long periods of time
• Must pass Live Scan Criminal background check (FBI and DOJ)
• RBT or BCAT certification (highly preferred, but not required)
• Bilingual Spanish (highly preferred, but not required)
• Willing to drive up to 20 miles from office or average of 30 minutes
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality
• Exposure to children/adults with Autism (highly preferred, but not required)
• Previous experience working with children is highly desirable.

At this time, we are looking for a Behavior Therapist/Technician who:
• Is open to working in one or more of the following areas (Winchester, Menifee, Hemet, San Jacinto, Perris, Wildomar, Lake Elsinore)
• Is looking for part-time hours that could potentially develop into full-time hours
• Has open availability: Monday - Friday, mornings, afternoons, and early evenings until 6:00pm for at least 4 days during the week
