Responsibilities:
• Provide one-on-one and group client care
• Implement behavioral skill-building and reduction strategies
• Track and record client behavior data
• Communicate effectively with families and caregivers
• Assist behavior analysts with assessments and material preparation

Minimum Qualifications:
• 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Active Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) license through the Washington State Department of Health
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Verifiable references
• RBT certification preferred

Compensation and Benefits:
• Competitive hourly pay starting at $19.00 to $27.00 depending on experience
• Supervision for those pursuing BCBA or BCaBA certification
