Job Description

s (BIPs) under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and record data on student behaviors and progress
• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in a school setting
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and clinical supervisors to support student success
• Maintain professionalism and adhere to all ethical and clinical standards
• Ensure timely communication and documentation

Requirements:
• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Minimum 1 year of experience working as an RBT
• Active Medicaid Provider ID (required)
• Valid Broward/Miami-Dade Schools badge (must be current)
• All in-services must be completed and up to date
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently within a school environment

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in school-based ABA therapy
• Familiarity with County school systems and procedures

Schedule:
• Monday through Friday
