As a Behavioral Technician, you will provide clinical skills instruction and behavior reduction protocols based on Applied Behavior Analysis principles to children with Autism and related developmental disabilities in an in-clinic setting. Your role will involve collecting data on programs, assisting with parent training, and supporting clinical assessments as needed. You will work in a supportive clinical environment, helping children reach their individual potential and managing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement 1:1 direct ABA techniques in-clinic settings.
• Apply treatment plans created by the supervising BCBA and collaborate with other team members.
• Instruct, motivate, and assist clients in learning and improving functional activities.
• Accurately collect and compile behavioral data on client responses to treatments.
• Communicate confidently and professionally with behavioral support staff, educators, and parents.
• Travel to multiple locations as needed throughout the workday.
• Work variable hours, including potential evenings and weekends.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Special Education, Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Human Behavior, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience working with children in an ABA setting or special education classroom.
• Willingness and ability to work with clients in Scottsdale, AZ.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, insurance, and smartphone.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Passion for serving children with special needs.
• Enjoyment of working in a team-based, collegial environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $24.00 per hour
