• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop customized intervention plans
• Provide hands-on training to RBTs and support staff
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams
• Monitor progress and adjust strategies using evidence-based practices
• Support clients in achieving meaningful outcomes across home, school, and community
