Job Description
e are hoping to find new staff with a passion and commitment to make inclusion a reality and to improve the lives of the children we support! In School/Classroom Based Support! FT day shifts available!
IECP is currently hiring full time and part time Behaviorists located in schools surrounding Downtown/East LA such as Highland Park, City Terrace, Lincoln Heights, and other areas near Central/East LA.
Requirements for the position of Behavioral Therapist at IECP include:
• Desire to learn, contribute, and make the world a better place
• A foundational understanding of tolerance, respect, and appreciation of human differences.
• Firm belief that children with and without disabilities benefit from being together and shared experiences.
• Bachelors Degree in a related field (preferred but NOT required), TB Clearance, and Live Scan Clearance.
Previous Successful candidates come from all kinds of different experiences and professions. Some include
• Coaching
• Child care
• School aides
• Teachers aides
• Summer camp or after school program workers
• Anyone who wants a fulfilling career that really makes a difference in the world!!

For team members who stay long-term and consistently show strong performance, pay can increase up to $28.50/hour as a recognition of impact and growth with us.
