• RBT Training & Certification Support
• Guidance through the certification process
• Hands on mentorship and supervision

Responsibilities:
• Provide 1:1 in-home therapy under BCBA supervision
• Implement individualized treatment plans
• Collect and enter data via CentralReach
• Complete session notes and documentation
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to policies

Qualifications:

If Already Certified:
• High School Diploma
• Active RBT Certification

If Not Yet Certified (We’ll Help You Get There!):
• High School Diploma
• Willingness to complete RBT training and certification
• Passion for working with children

Additional Requirements:
• Reliable transportation & valid insurance
• Strong communication skills
