Job Description
Job type: Full-time · Expected hours: 40/week · Pay: $72,000–$95,000/year (salaried)
Tired of carrying 12 clients and being treated like a number? We built this clinic to be the opposite.
Creative Learning is a clinician-owned, center-based ABA clinic on Florida's Space Coast. We're run by BCBAs, not investors, which means caseloads we can actually be proud of, real clinical autonomy, and decisions made by people who do the work.
What you'd walk into:
• Caseloads of 4–8 clients. Capped. Not aspirational — actual.
• Full clinical autonomy over your treatment design. You're the analyst; we treat you like one.
• Strong RBT support and healthy RBT-to-BCBA ratios.
• ACE providers on staff — free CEUs, OBM training, and real mentorship, not a checkbox.
• A small, collaborative team where your voice changes how the clinic runs.
• A leadership team that's been in your shoes and protects your time.
Compensation & benefits:
• $72,000–$95,000/year salaried, based on experience
• Health insurance
• 401(k) with matching
• Paid time off
• Continuing education credits + flexible scheduling
What you'd do: Run assessments, design and oversee individualized treatment, supervise and develop RBTs, and partner with families — with the caseload and support to do it well, not just fast.
Requirements: Active BCBA certification · Florida licensure (or eligibility) · experience with pediatric ASD/developmental populations.
Want to hear more before applying? Reach out to me directly: Jasmine Hernandez, Director, [email protected]. I'm happy to walk you through a normal day here and answer anything, no pressure.
