Job Description

As a vital member of our organization, the role will have the opportunity to make meaningful impact on the lives of clients through the provision of high-quality outpatient mental health counseling and therapeutic services. The Behavioral Health department serves clients ages 6 and older.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide therapeutic services in accordance with best practices, to referred clients seeking counseling for a wide range of emotional and behavioral health concerns.
• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
• Current State of Florida Licensure as Mental Health Counselor (LMHC, LCSW or equivalent)
• Master’s degree in counseling or related field.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based therapies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Level 2 background clearance and required immunizations (MMR, Hep B, Varicella, Tdap, PPD).

Compensation and Benefits
• Salary Range: $70,000 - $73,000
