Join ARC of the Treasure Coast, a nonprofit dedicated to empowering individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We’re hiring a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support our Intensive Behavior Program.
About the Role:
Provide ABA services across home, school, and community settings. You’ll conduct FBAs, create and implement behavior plans, supervise RBTs, and train families and staff to ensure effective, compassionate care. You’ll also lead treatment team meetings and ensure behavior plans are consistently followed. This role is key to helping individuals build skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and thrive in their daily lives.
What You Need:
• Master’s in ABA, Psychology, or related field
• BCBA certification
• 2+ years of experience with developmental disabilities
• Strong skills in assessment, planning, and staff training
• Level II background screening
