Now Hiring ABA Behavior Technicians/RBTs – Daytime & Afternoon Shifts!

Location & Position Details

Location: Middlesex & Somerset Counties, NJ

Position: ABA Behavior Technician/RBT

Compensation: $20–30/hr (based on experience)

Type: Part-Time (15–20 hrs/week)

Shifts: Daytime/ Afternoons/ Evenings (3–4 hrs/day, vary by client)

Daytime Schedules in Middlesex County

East Brunswick: M- F: 9AM- 3PM

Afternoon Schedules in Middlesex County

South Plainfield: M- F: 4-7PM

Perth Amboy: M- F: 4-7PM

Afternoon Schedules in Somerset County

North Plainfield: M- F: 4-7PM

About Compass ABA

As an ABA Behavior Technician/RBT, you'll deliver individualized ABA therapy to children with autism.

Help build communication, play, social, and daily living skills.

Work in homes or community settings across NJ, NY, or NM.

Responsibilities

Adventure Guide: Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.

Behavior Navigator & Skill Scout: Build skills, manage behaviors, foster independence.

Team Explorer: Collaborate with families and staff on treatment plans.

Compass of Compassion: Offer encouragement and care during sessions.

Calm Captain: Create a safe, structured learning environment.

Progress Compass: Collect and record data to guide treatment.

Learning Navigator: Participate in supervision and growth as an ABA Behavior Technician/RBT.

Requirements

High School Diploma (college preferred).

Authorized to work in the U.S.; pass background & reference checks.

Meet physical requirements: active movement, standing, and play-based activities.

Experience with children/autism preferred.

Reliable transportation, strong communication, and technology comfort.
