Job Description

cal resource and educator. Responsible for staff development orientation and onboarding competency patient education and quality improvement. Supports established standards of care and practice through training staff development clinical improvement activities and patient/staff education. Serves as a role model of clinical excellence in nursing knowledge and clinical practice.

Qualifications
• Bachelor of Science from an accredited school of nursing
• Licensed as a RN in the State of Georgia in good standing without limitations.
• Two (2) years of experience as a Registered Professional Nurse (RN).
• Two (2) years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse in the clinical specialty.
• Must hold Certified in American Heart Associations Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS).
• Visual color acuity depending on the role in specific units.

PREFERRED
• Additional Life Support credential (ACLS PALS NRP etc.) or other clinical specialty certifications in specific units.
