Job Description
alysis (ABA) therapist who observes patients and creates treatment plans to reinforce helpful behaviors. They often teach desirable behaviors, such as healthy lifestyle choices, using rewards to encourage patients to develop positive habits. We believe in the Play and Teach philosophy and you will be teaching young children through play and in their natural environment. Some responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
• Help patients with behavioral improvement
• Observe, identify, analyze and respond to patient behaviors
• Teach patients about basic life skills and academic learning strategies
• Help patients improve their communication, speech and social skills
• Have individual discussions with patients to create personalized rehabilitation strategies
• Communicate with patients' family members
• Conduct administrative tasks, like maintaining records after a therapy session
