Location: La Puente, CA 91746

Pay Rate: $21.00-$29.00/hr. (Depending on Experience and Certifications)

Available Shifts: PM, NOC shifts

Your Role

As a Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in providing essential support and skill-building services to adults facing developmental disabilities and concurrent mental health challenges. Collaborating closely with our leadership and consultants, you will assist individuals in achieving greater independence, enhancing daily living skills, and engaging in meaningful activities within their homes and communities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support daily activities while ensuring health, safety, and overall well-being.
• Implement and document Individual Service Plans (ISPs) with fidelity.
• Collect behavioral data and monitor progress to inform best practices.
• Provide training in adaptive, social, functional, and community integration skills.
• Encourage independence, learning, and positive social interactions.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and nurturing environment for all individuals.
• Engage in team meetings, training, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent credential.
• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• DSP I & II certifications (Title 17).
• CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) certification. (Training will be provided.)
• Experience in ABA with task analysis.
• At least 2 years of experience supporting adults with developmental disabilities.
