Qualifications & Experience:
• Current BCBA certification
• Proven experience providing behavioral analysis services in educational or pediatric settings
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles, assessment tools, and intervention strategies
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
• Ability to develop behavior intervention plans and train staff on their implementation
• Dedication to ethical, evidence-based practice
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze behavioral data
• Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Work directly with students, educators, and support staff to promote positive behavioral outcomes
• Train teachers, aides, and families in effective behavioral strategies and interventions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive student support
• Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings as needed
