We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Health Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) experience working with children, adolescents, or adults with behavioral and developmental needs. This role involves implementing treatment plans, supporting clients in daily activities, collecting behavioral data, and collaborating with clinical staff to ensure quality care.
Responsibilities
• Implement ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA or licensed clinician
• Provide one-on-one behavioral support to clients
• Collect and record accurate behavioral and progress data
• Assist clients with daily living and social skills development
• Maintain a safe, positive, and supportive environment
• Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and team members
• Follow all company policies, HIPAA guidelines, and ethical standards
• Attend required trainings and team meetings
Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years of ABA work experience required
• High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• RBT certification preferred (if applicable)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
