What You’ll Do:
• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop personalized treatment plans
• Oversee and coach RBTs on plan implementation and clinical techniques
• Deliver parent/caregiver training with compassion and skill
• Monitor progress through data analysis and reassessments
• Maintain BACB certification and supervision requirements
• Work collaboratively with schools, caregivers, and internal teams
