💼 What You'll Do:
• Work 1:1 with children and teens using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
• Implement behavior support plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Track progress and collect data using Motivity (no clipboards here!)
• Celebrate milestones and support developmental growth in a positive and engaging way
• Collaborate with supervisors and teammates to deliver high-quality, compassionate care

✅ What We’re Looking For:
• A genuine passion for working with kids and teens
• Patience, energy, and a can-do attitude
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Ability to pass a background check
• Willingness to complete RBT certification (we’ll help with that!)
• Previous experience with children or ABA is a plus—but not required

🏃♀️ Physical Demands:

This role is active and hands-on. Candidates must be able to:
• Collect, interpret, and analyze complex data and information
• Understand and respond to a diverse population
• Utilize fine motor coordination and clear, effective speech
• Have adequate hand and arm strength to grip and lift heavy objects
• Walk, stand, and sit frequently—up to 8 hours per day
• Kneel and bend frequently—10–30 times per day
• Lift up to 40 pounds (including therapy materials or assisting clients)
• Provide physical support to clients as needed, including lifting or repositioning
• Safely transport or physically guide clients during noncompliance or problem behavior
• Sustain 1:1 therapy session throughout the day without prolonged breaks
