Position: Full-Time Pediatric Occupational Therapist
n

Key Responsibilities:
n

• Provide individualized occupational therapy services for children with diverse developmental needsn
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop personalized treatment plansn
• Track and document measurable patient progressn
• Partner closely with families to support carryover at home and in daily routinesn
• Collaborate with speech therapists and other clinicians on shared casesn
• Participate in team meetings, mentorship, and ongoing training opportunitiesn
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation aligned with best practicesn

Qualifications:

• Licensed or eligible for licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Michigann
• Strong clinical foundation in sensory processing, self-regulation, or feeding therapyn
• Experience with or interest in child-led, play-based, or trauma-informed caren
• Excellent communication and collaboration skillsn
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practicen
