What You’ll Do
As an Instructional Aid, you will work closely with teachers, ABA staff, and support teams to help students succeed academically, socially, and behaviorally within the classroom setting.
Your responsibilities may include
• Supporting students during classroom instruction and activities
• Assisting with implementing lesson plans and educational activities
• Encouraging communication, independence, and positive social interactions
• Helping maintain a structured, engaging, and supportive learning environment
• Assisting students with transitions, routines, and classroom participation
• Collaborating with teachers and clinical staff to support student progress
• Providing encouragement, patience, and individualized support throughout the school day
