n our established infrastructure. This is a 1099 independent contractor role designed for the clinician who wants the autonomy of private practice while utilizing the operational structure and administrative support of an established group.
Essential Qualifications
To be considered, you must hold a valid and active Texas LPC-Associate license along with a Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, or a related clinical field. You are required to maintain professional liability insurance with $1M/$3M limits and demonstrate strong digital literacy, specifically with EHR systems, AI-assisted documentation, and professional social media platforms.
Because this is a self-driven role, it is designed for a clinician who is motivated by the opportunity to build a personal brand and drive their own growth within our infrastructure. You should be comfortable taking a proactive approach to outreach and caseload building in a way that aligns with your professional style. This might include ideas like local networking, professional social media engagement, or community involvement to increase your visibility. To meet professional and regulatory standards, you must be under the guidance of a board-approved supervisor who aligns with our clinical quality standards, pass a background check, and commit to the operational requirements of our Richmond office.
