Position Highlights
• $24–$27/hour (depending on experience, subjected to more)
• Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–2:00 PM
• School-based only — no home cases, evenings, or weekends
• Consistent placement at one school site
• Weekly pay via direct deposit
• Supportive team and opportunities for professional growth
Responsibilities
• Provide 1:1 or small-group support to students throughout the school day
• Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and assist with IEP-related goals
• Support teachers and staff in maintaining positive, structured learning environments
• Encourage prosocial behaviors and help students remain engaged
• Collect basic behavior data (training provided)
• Collaborate with teachers, school psychologists, and BCBAs
Ideal Candidates
This role is a great fit for individuals who:
• Have experience working with children or youth (schools, ABA, childcare, mentoring, SPED, etc.)
• Are comfortable in K–12 classroom settings
• Stay calm, patient, and professional during challenging moments
• Are open to coaching, feedback, and collaboration
• Communicate effectively with staff and parents
• Hold a high school diploma or equivalent
• Can meet district onboarding and clearance requirements
ABA experience is helpful but not required.
RBT certification is a plus, not a requirement.
