Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking compassionate and reliable In-Home ABA Therapists to work one-on-one with clients in their homes. You will implement behavior intervention plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and help clients build communication, social, and daily living skills.

Responsibilities
• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the client’s home
• Follow treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and record data on client progress
• Assist with skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
• Communicate regularly with supervisors and caregivers
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment

Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s preferred in psychology, education, or related field)
• Experience working with children (preferred)
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass background check
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
